Russell is the owner of a boutique investment management and financial planning firm, ATI Wealth Partners, which he founded in 2016. Prior to starting ATI, he was with State Street Global Advisors as the regional consultant serving the private bank channel in the Southeast.
A somewhat circuitous route brought him to the world of finance. It started with dual degrees cum laude from Boston University in both Earth Science and Marine Biology and included pit stops that found him teaching at Winchester College in England and graduating from Marine Corps Officer Candidate School before getting his MBA with distinction from Hult International Business School. He's happy to have landed in a position that he's passionate about and that enables him to help others live with a bit more financial peace of mind.
Russ lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his lovely wife Zoë and their two Oriental Shorthair cats - Clementine and Milo. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, single-origin coffees and craft cocktails...usually not all at once.
